Learn PopAutomate with lessons inside the app

Open Guide and start a short lesson that walks you through the app. Nothing activates in your store until you click Enable scheduling yourself.

Guide has 7 lessons. Each lesson shows its name, its number of steps and how many minutes it takes:

Steps

Path: Guide > a lesson > Start > Next > Got it

1. Click Guide in the menu on the left. On your phone, tap the account button at the top of the screen (the circle with your first initial), then Guide.
2. Click Start lesson on the Continue from here card, or click Start on any lesson.
3. Read the card that appears over the screen. It gives the lesson name and the step number, such as "step 2 of 8".
4. Click Next to go to the next step, or Back to go to the previous one.
5. On the last step, click Got it.

To stop a lesson at any time, click Skip. On a computer, the Esc key also stops it.

Result

After Got it, you see the message "You finished «…». Next lesson: «…» in the guide." The lesson card gets a check mark, and its button changes to Replay lesson.

Your progress appears at the top of the Guide page, such as "2 of 7 lessons". It also appears next to Guide in the menu on the left, such as "2/7".

Your progress is saved to your account, so you see it on any device you sign in from.

Rules

• A lesson does not save anything. It may fill in fields in front of you to show you where they are, but they are not saved. During a lesson, the top of the new schedule page shows: "Learning mode: nothing runs until you press «Activate» yourself."
• Skip stops the lesson and does not count it as finished.
• Track execution & fix issues and the lesson on ending an offer open the last schedule you created. If you have no schedules, the cards appear without pointing at anything.
• Ending an offer restores your products. But an earlier sale price that the product had before the discount does not come back. Details in Restoring prices after an offer: what comes back?.
• At the bottom of the page, Quick answers has buttons that open a short explanation, such as What do the statuses mean? One of them is Didn't find your answer? Contact us.
• The lessons are the same on Salla and on Zid.

If it did not work

• The card is in the middle of the screen and does not point at anything: the page took a while to open, or you have no schedules yet. Click Next and keep going.
• The lesson did not count as finished: you may have clicked Skip. Replay the lesson and click Got it at the end.
• You want a discount now, without a lesson: Run a quick discount on Salla and Zid from Home
• You use a phone: PopAutomate on your phone: the tab bar and account menu
