Schedule a price change
Choose New price in 2. The change, enter the price, and pick a start time in 3. When. Every variant of the products you pick gets that price. Keep Put everything back at the end ticked to get the old prices back at the end.
Steps
Path: Home > Create schedule > 1. What to change > 2. The change > 3. When > 4. Review and save
- In PopAutomate, open Home and click Create schedule.
- In 1. What to change, click Select products (or choose Collections and click Select collections), tick the items and confirm. More in Choose the products or collections a schedule changes.
- In 2. The change, choose New price and type the price in New price. The field shows your store currency. Use a dot for decimals, for example 19.90.

- In 3. When, pick the Start date and Start time. Times are in your store's time zone, named at the top of this step. Keep Put everything back at the end ticked and pick the End date and End time: the old prices come back then. Untick it if the new price should stay.

- In 4. Review and save, type a Schedule name, check What will happen, keep Turn it on under After saving, and click Save.
Result
- After Save, the message Schedule saved and on appears briefly. Nothing changes in your store until the start time.
- At the start time, every variant of each product gets the new price. Each variant's compare-at price stays as it is.
- A variant that already has that price is left as it is.
- With Put everything back at the end ticked, each variant gets its old price back at the end time.
Rules
- The new price is in your store's currency. It must be above 0, with no more decimals than your currency has. A comma, as in 19,90, is refused with "Use a dot as the decimal mark, like 12.5." Arabic digits are accepted.
- Every variant gets the same price. To lower prices by a percentage, or to show the old price crossed out, schedule a discount instead: Schedule a discount that starts and ends on time.
- An end is required while Put everything back at the end is ticked.
- If you change a variant's price in Shopify after the start, PopAutomate keeps your price at the end.
- On a schedule that repeats every week, the old prices come back at each day's end time. See Make a schedule repeat every week.
- Your plan limits how many schedules can be on at the same time and how many variants one schedule changes. A schedule that is saved turned on, or turned on later, has to fit both limits. At each run the variant count is checked again, and a schedule that has grown past the limit changes nothing. See Your schedule is over the plan limit.
If it did not work
- A banner Check the schedule appears when you save: fix each line listed under Fix these before saving:, then click Save again.
- The price changed at the wrong time → A schedule ran at the wrong time
- The old prices did not come back → Prices did not go back after the schedule ended
- The edit page says Some price changes could not be confirmed → Some price changes could not be confirmed
