PopAutomate email alerts: choose what you get
Open Settings, then Notifications, and turn each type on or off: failed schedules, store disconnects, every run's result, and the summary. Each change is saved at once.
Steps
Path: Settings > Notifications
- Open Settings from the menu on the left. On your phone, tap the account button at the top (the circle with your first initial), then Settings.
- Click Notifications.
- Under How should we reach you?, make sure Email is on. Your account email is shown below it.
- Under What should we alert you about?, turn each alert on or off.
- Choose the summary: None, Daily or Weekly.

Email
Email is the main switch. If you turn it off, you get no alerts and no summary by email, and the other switches turn gray. The tab then shows "Email is locked, so you won't be notified if a schedule fails. Alerts stay in the bell."
If a schedule fails or has issues
You get an email when no product changed in a run, or when only some of them changed. Each email gives the reason and has a button to fix it. Under this switch the app says "With the reason and a fix button." Its subject is "“Schedule name” failed" or "“Schedule name” finished with problems: … not changed". These emails arrive in Arabic. This article gives each subject in English so you can tell what it says.
If the store connection drops
You get the email "Salla disconnected: your schedules are paused" once, at the moment the connection drops. It has a Reconnect button. This email is for Salla stores. Zid stores do not get it, so watch the banner at the top of the page and the result of each run.
After every run
If you turn it on, you get an email after every run, even when all the products changed. Under this switch the app says "An email for every run, even if it succeeded." Its subject is "“Schedule name” ran: … changed". It is off by default.
Each run sends one alert email only, even when the failure alert and After every run are both on.
Summary
- Weekly (the default): "Every Sunday 9 AM: what worked, what didn't, and what's next."
- Daily: "Every day at 9 AM."
- None: "We don't send a summary. Important alerts still reach you."
9 AM follows your account time zone. To change it, see Change the schedule time zone in PopAutomate. PopAutomate does not send the summary if you have no schedules, or if there is nothing to tell you.
What the email looks like
Click See email under the failure alert or the disconnect alert, or See example next to Summary when the summary is not None. The Email template dialog opens, with the Summary, Failure alert and Connection lost tabs. The numbers in it are samples: "This is a sample with demo numbers. The real email carries your store's data." The preview follows the dashboard language, so it is in English here. The emails you actually receive are in Arabic.

Result
"Alert settings saved." appears after each change. From then on, you get only the emails you chose. The bell in the app still shows your alerts, whatever you choose here.
Rules
- These settings do not control the "✅ نجحت حملتك" email ("Your campaign succeeded"). You get it after every completed run, even when some products failed in it. To see the real result, open the schedule.
- PopAutomate sends every email to your account email, the address shown under the Email switch. You cannot change it in Settings. To change it, message us as described in Contact PopAutomate support on WhatsApp.
- If your store was disconnected before 18 October 2026 at 11:22 PM Riyadh time (GMT+3), you do not get the disconnect email. Check the banner at the top of the page.
If it did not work
- Do you see "Not saved. Try again."? The switch goes back to how it was. Click it again.
- Do you see "We couldn't load the email." in the Email template dialog? Click Try again.
- Is Email on, but no email arrives? Read Not getting PopAutomate alert emails: why and how to fix.
- Did you get "✅ نجحت حملتك" but the products did not change? Read Campaign succeeded email, but products did not change.
