Campaign succeeded email, but products did not change
The email with the subject "✅ نجحت حملتك" ("Your campaign succeeded") means the run ended, not that every product changed. Open the schedule and read Run history.
What you see
- An email with the subject "✅ نجحت حملتك: " ("Your campaign succeeded: ") followed by the schedule name. PopAutomate emails to Salla and Zid stores are in Arabic.
- In your store, some or all of the products are as they were.
Why it happens
PopAutomate sends this email after every run, at its scheduled time or after Run it now. You get it whether all, some or none of the products changed. The number of products or categories in the email is the number you chose in the schedule, not the number that changed.
Fix
Check the result of the run
- Click the button in the email to open the schedule page in PopAutomate. Or open Schedules, then the schedule named in the email subject.
- Look at the status of the last run in Run history, then open the run and read the Changes tab.
What the run status means:
- Completed: no product failed.
- Completed with issues: some products failed.
- Failed: no product changed.
If the button does not work, copy the link at the end of the email and paste it into your browser. It opens the same schedule page.
How to read the result: Schedule run results: what changed in your store?.
The run found no products
If the run has zero products, the schedule found no products. The run is still marked Completed, and you still get the email. This happens, for example, with an empty category.
- Check in your store that the category has products.
- Or click Edit on the schedule and choose specific products.
Details in Empty category: the schedule found no products in it.
Some products failed
If the run is marked Completed with issues or Failed:
- Open the run and read the reason for each product.
- Follow the fix for that reason in Some products did not change after a schedule ran.
You also get a second email for this run, with the subject "«اسم الجدولة» تمت مع مشاكل: … ما تغيّرت" ("“Schedule name” finished with problems: … not changed"), or "«اسم الجدولة» فشلت" ("“Schedule name” failed") if no product changed. Rely on that email and on Run history. This email arrives if Email and the If a schedule fails or has issues alert are both on. Both are on from the start. Change them in PopAutomate email alerts: choose what you get.
