The promo title does not show on the product image on Salla

The promo title works on Salla only. If it does not appear, check that the run finished with no issues, and that the schedule has not ended and restored the old title.

Salla stores only

"Promo title on image only shows in cart." In this app message, "cart" means Salla.

What you see

• The text you entered, such as "20% off", does not appear on the product image in your store.
• Or the Promo title card is disabled under What happens?.

Why it happens

PopAutomate adds the title to the product's own data in Salla. This does not happen if:

• Your store is on Zid.
• The run has not started yet, has not finished, or failed on this product.
• The schedule ended and PopAutomate restored the old title.

Fix

Your store is on Zid

On Zid

PopAutomate does not add a promo title on Zid. The card and the Add a promo title on the image option are disabled, and PopAutomate has no alternative for them.

The run has not finished or has issues

1. Open PopAutomate, then Schedules, then the schedule.
2. Look at the last run in Run history.

Depending on its status:

• No run yet: the run starts within about a minute of the scheduled time.
• Running: PopAutomate changes the products one by one. Wait until it finishes.
• Completed with issues or Failed: open the run and read the product's reason in the Changes tab.

The run is done and the title does not appear

1. Open the last run in Run history, and check that the product's status in the Changes tab is Changed.
2. Open the product page in your store on your phone and on a computer.

PopAutomate only adds the title to the product and changes nothing in your store theme. The preview in the Review & activate step also says: "Actual appearance varies by your store theme."

The schedule ended, or another schedule changed the title

• If you chose Restore it under At the end, PopAutomate restores the product's old title at the end time. If the product had no title before, the text disappears.
• If another schedule adds a title to the same product later, the newest title stays.

To keep the title:

1. Create a new schedule with the same title.
2. Choose Changes stay under At the end.
