End an offer and restore prices now

Click End offer now on the schedule page. The offer ends and PopAutomate restores your products. The whole schedule ends, repeats included.

Steps​

Path: Schedules > the schedule

  1. Click Schedules in the menu on the left, then click the schedule name. On your phone, Schedules is in the bar at the bottom.
  2. Make sure its status is Offer Active. A banner at the top of the page reads "The offer is live and ends …" with the end time.
  3. Click End offer now at the top of the page, or End now in the banner.
  1. In the dialog "End "…" now?", click End the offer now.

Result​

  • You see "We started ending the offer." and PopAutomate starts restoring your products.
  • The discount ends and your customers see the original price. Anything else the schedule changed, apart from the discount, goes back to how it was before the run.
  • Restoring takes about 10 minutes per 100 products. You can close the page while it runs.
  • In Run history, a run labeled Restore appears. When it finishes, the status becomes Ended.
  • A banner at the top of the page reads "You ended this offer early, …" with the time you ended it.
  • The schedule does not run after that, even if it repeats.

Rules​

  • The button appears only when the status is Offer Active. While the status is Running, it does not appear on the schedule page, so wait for the run to finish.
  • A discount schedule is Offer Active from its run until its end time. Other change types are Offer Active only if you chose Restore it.
  • Did you choose Changes stay? Then this button does not appear. Use Restore prices and products after a schedule ran.
  • Ending the offer cannot be undone. To repeat the offer later, click Duplicate on the schedule page and set up a new schedule.
  • If a product had an earlier sale price, the discount ends and the earlier sale price does not come back. Set it again yourself in your Salla or Zid dashboard.
  • If you edited a product yourself after the run, PopAutomate leaves it as you edited it.
  • End Discount schedules do not show this button, because ending a discount cannot be restored.
