Hide or show products on Salla and Zid at a set time

Choose the Hide Products or Show Products card and set the time. The products disappear from your store or appear to your customers, and nothing is deleted.

On Zid

After the first run on Zid, open the product in your Zid dashboard and check that its visibility changed.

Steps

Path: New schedule > What happens? > Which products? > When? > Review & activate

1. Click New schedule in the menu on the left. On your phone, tap the + button in the tab bar at the bottom.
2. Enter a name in Schedule name, then choose the Hide Products or Show Products card.

The What happens? step with the Hide Products card chosen and the Show Products card next to it.

3. Click Next, then under Which products? choose Products or Categories. For details, read Choose discount products: products, categories or CSV?.

4. Under When?, choose One time or Repeats, and set the start time.

5. Under At the end, choose Restore it so the products go back to how they were at the end time. This needs an End date. Or choose Changes stay. Then click Next.

6. Under Review before you turn it on, you see the first 8 products with their status now and after the run: Visible or Hidden. Then click Enable scheduling, or Activate and run now if you chose Now.

   With Show Products, Already showing appears next to a product that is already visible. It is only a notice and does not stop you from activating.

Result

• PopAutomate starts the run within about a minute of the set time. Changing the products takes about 10 minutes per 100 products.
• With Hide Products, your customers no longer see the product in your store. With Show Products, a hidden product appears to them.
• With Restore it, each product goes back to how it was before the run, visible or hidden. In a repeating schedule, this happens at the end of every run day.

Rules

• PopAutomate changes only whether the product is visible. It does not change its price or its quantity.
• If you choose a category, PopAutomate reads its products at each run.
• If you change a product's visibility yourself after the run, PopAutomate does not restore that product at the end, so your edit stays.
• With Changes stay, the products stay in their new state until you change them: "Products stay at the new state until you change them."
